2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom in the Laguna Beach urbanization of Vera Playa, just 200 m from the beach in the Pueblo Laguna/Las Buganvillas area, in Vera Playa. The urbanization has an outdoor pool and a path leading directly to the beach

The apartment is located on the first floor and accessible by a private staircase and has a living-dining room with Spanish television. Next to the dining area there is an open American kitchen with modern appliances: refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms with both double beds. It has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment has a bathroom with a large “Walk-inn” style shower.

WIFI included.

On the upper floor, which is accessed by another private staircase, there is a private solarium terrace with sea views with an area for lunch or dinner outside. The solarium has a folding awning to provide shade in summer.

The house is fully furnished and includes bed linen and towels of each set per person staying.

No parking space available in the garage. There is parking space just outside the urbanization, near the apartment.

The beach is only 200 m away and in the area there are several restaurants, shops and a supermarket (El Minuto), all within a few steps. The town of Garrucha is only 2 minutes away by car. Electrical consumption :

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra. 

Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
