Through the living room / kitchen there is access to the spacious terrace with private pool and barbecue. On the side of the house you can access the spacious roof terrace.
The Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The first and second bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and two sinks. The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (4 in total). In the corridor is a separate toilet and a room where the washing machine is located. The second bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and sink.
The master bedroom has a double bed and bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower, toilet and two sinks. This room gives you access to the garden.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
There is also a community pool and tennis courts.
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
