IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of air conditioners up to 15 eur per week is included. The surplus will be charged by means of a meter with coins. In case of monthly rental out of season with discount, electricity is not included. PETS ARE NOT ADMITTED. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NOT ACCEPTED. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.
