This penthouse can be reached via the stairs or the lift, which reaches all the way down to the garage. There is a bright sitting-dining room with a side balcony and access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted, with all white goods and has an adjacent utility room. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans with remote controls. Both bedrooms have a balcony and one of them also has access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms ; one of them with shower and the other one en-suite with bathtub. The terrace has some areas covered with awnings and a spiral staircase that leads to the large roof terrace, with an area covered with a roof and views all the way to Mojácar. There is air conditioning in the sitting room and both bedrooms.
El Rincón de Vera is an urbanisation on the Puerto Rey area of Vera playa with a swimming pool, a splash pool, children´s playgrround and green areas. The urbanisation is walking distance to a few shops, bars and restaurants, a short drive to the beach or the villages of Garrucha and Mojácar.
