Duplex house near to the beach of Garrucha- Vera Playa.
Fuentemar is located near to the beach of Garrucha-Vera Playa on the coast of the Costa de Almería, province of Andalusia, and consists about 200 homes.
The house, a semi-detached duplex, is part of an urbanization that is protected by fences that can be closed. There are two swimming pools in the complex and the gardens are well maintained. One of the swimming pools is especially suitable for young children.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is the living / dining room with kitchen with American bar. Toilet on the ground floor. There is a terrace at the front of the house. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed with downstairs 1 double bed and upper part one single bed. There is also a bog roof terrace.
It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach, + - 400 meters. There are two small supermarkets within a 2 minute walk from the house and several larger ones such as Mercadona and Consum just 5 minutes away by car.
It is a 15-minute walk from the main street of Garrucha with many shops, bars, restaurants and a playground for children. There are also several bars, restaurants and shops near the property, Las Buganvillas / Pueblo Laguna.

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
